About Learning Laughing and Growing Childcare Academy

Learning Laughing and Growing Childcare Academy’s philosophy is based on a set of strongly held beliefs.  We believe each child is an individual with unique abilities and feelings, strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes.  We are sensitive to each child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs.

We encourage not just learning, but also the love of learning.  Learning Laughing and Growing Childcare Academy welcomes children regardless of ability or disability.  Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience that promotes each child's social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners. We believe a child’s early experiences enrich and stimulate future growth. Children deserve to be treated and respected as individuals in an environment that welcomes reason, exploration, question, and imagination. We respect each child’s need for love, security, acceptance, warmth, and stimulation. 

Our teachers at Learning Laughing and Growing Childcare Academy are dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with children. They create and implement age-approiate lesson plans, foster a safe and nurturing enviroment, supervise children, address individual needs, communicate with parents, and promote social and educational development through play and structured acitivites. Additionally, they monitor health and safety standards, assess children's progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience. 

Learning Laughing and Growing, strongly believes in education at an early age. Our approach addresses a child's growth in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects. Our curriculum is developmentally appropriate, recognizing and respecting the unique needs, interests, and abilities of each child. We integrate play-based learning, promoting active engagement and exploration as fundamental components. Our curriculum also emphasizes the importance of fostering positive relationships, building a foundation for social-emotional development, and preparing children for future academic success. Family involvement and ongoing assessments and continuous improvement are key components to ensuring a dynamic and responsive educational experience for all of our young learners as well.
